Codename: Kubikfoto Kreator Ver.1

A remarkable and challenging WPF implemented software designed to partially automatize the creation of a Kubikfoto³. With an innovative combination of psychology, photography and computer technology, a Kubikfoto³ renders possible the creation of virtual environments that mimic reality and allow for an interactive exploration. Features of the Kubikfoto Kreator (WPF on .NET v3.5) include:

  • image processing: cropping, resizing, rotation and distortion, special effects
  • all-around creation of morphing effects
  • GUI-based configuration of Kubikfoto interior structure
  • interactive interface design
  • package generation, customization and management (Zip, SWF, FLV)
  • static HTML structure generation

Codename: 3D Interactive Space
Status: Completed

 
An Adobe Flash-based implementation for a task-specific 3D library, oriented towards interactively visualizing a time-variant spherical environment containing statistical and scientific data. Visualization features include animation, morphing, soft and cumulative clustering, interactive selection and displacement, collision-dependent labeling, etc.
 
As the requirements included an effective Web-loading process and execution inside a browser, but also the capacity to handle large datasets, a particular attention was given to the overall performance. This has been additionally improved by the implementation of the second version that uses Adove Flash CS4 and its natural 3D capabilities.

Codename: Agrogest Ver.2
Status: Completed

 
Agrogest is an application for complete agricultural administration. It is implemented in VB.NET and has an estimate of 100.000 lines of code. It uses MySQL databases with tables of over 10.000 rows. It was one of my biggest software development projects.
 
By using Agrogest you will be able to complete manage your company, see the status of all your soils/farms, predict your fuel consumption for an activity on a farm, manage your employee files, keep track of your production, clients and suppliers, create reports, export data and much more.

Codename: Teledetection Control
Status: Completed

 
The application is implemented using VB.NET and a MS Access database, positioned on a server and accessible through a local network.
 
Teledetecion Control is part of the “Control With Remote Sensing – the Romanian Pilot project 2006”, which implies verifying the farmer’s claims in the IACS program of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development. This involves classifying the terrain using the latest procedures based on remote sensing.
 
A very precise classification of the vegetation, soil humidity can be made by using ortho-photo and multi-spectral satellite imagery. The risk areas can be also determined with this technology.
 
Teledetecion Control is used in order to store the initial declarations of the farmers. This information will later be compared to the measurements based on the satellite images.

Codename: Locality Admin 2006
Status: Completed

 
The application is implemented using VB.NET and a MS Access database. LocalityAdmin is a non-commercial application, for company use only.
 
It is intended for monitoring the map digitization process in the various departments of the company, to trace back steps and make the according modification, to export data in various formats (MS Excel, XML, HTML), and more.
 
The database is positioned on the company server and is accessed throughout the internal network.
